Your roll-off container can be used to dispose of typical household trash as well as yard waste, construction materials, scrap metals, shingles and brick, furniture, and renovation debris. By law, we cannot accept any toxic or hazardous waste, including paint, herbicides, pesticides, asbestos, chemicals, oil, tires, fuels, electronics, or appliances with Freon.

We recycle it! It is taken to our EPA-permitted, pre-treatment facility in Commerce City, where it is discharged after removing all sediment. One 5 yard washout container can yield 8 tons of water and concrete. In some instances, both the water and the concrete are a considerable amount of tonnage for LEED reporting purposes.
Each city has requirements for placing a dumpster on public property. Some cities require the customer to obtain the permit and other cities require the individual hauler to obtain the permit.
The following cities/counties do not allow placing a dumpster on the street: Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Centennial, Douglas County, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Parker
The following cities/counties allow dumpsters in the street; however, the customer must request the permit: Edgewater , Englewood, Golden, Lafayette, Lakewood, Littleton, Thornton, Wheat Ridge

The following cities/counties require a City Permit and the dumpster must be placed on Property, no street parking allowed: Superior
Denver County Residents: All residents in Denver County that place a dumpster in the street must request and pay for a permit. The price for a permit depends on the location of the dumpster and the number of days the dumpster will be placed in the street. The City and County of Denver allow us to submit the application for permit – if you wish to place a dumpster on an Arterial street. These permits need to be placed 5 to 7 days in advance, the City and County of Denver has control over the price- which is then passed on to the customer. Dumpsters cannot be placed in the right-of-way for more than 180 days out of any consecutive 12-month period. Please call and speak to us for assistance.
